We are currently recruiting for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Duty manager for our 4 Star Hotel. The ideal candidate should have a high standard of customer service, knowledge of Hotsoft or similar front office systems.
We require the Duty Manager to have the ability to manage a large and demanding Hotel operation on a daily basis to include: Conferencing, Weddings, Bars and Restaurant. To have the initiative to deal with any guest’s queries or operational queries / room set up’s and Av equipment to a professional & efficient standard. To ensure our Guests service journey is a memorable one.
Communication and presentation must be exceptional at all times. The candidate should have prior experience as a Duty Manager in a Hotel of similar size in order to apply.
