CBRE has confirmed instructions to offer the Bianconi Inn, Killorglin, Co. Kerry for sale by private treaty.
The property is being sold on behalf of Ray and Rick Sheehy, who are retiring after a lifetime of service to the hospitality sector.
The Bianconi Inn occupies a pivotal corner trading position in Killorglin, Co. Kerry. It is a property which is steeped in history as it is named after Charles Bianconi, one of Europe’s innovators in public transport, and is located on a former Bianconi stage coach route.
Killorglin is one of Kerry’s principal towns, situated on the Ring of Kerry and renowned for its Puck Fair August festival.
